At KUKUU we are proud to provide furniture, which is ethically produced in Europe, Latvia in FSC certified factory, using local Northern birch timber.
Used wood materials – certified birch plywood, solid birch wood and furniture grade MDF (medium density fibreboard) made to strict eco-friendly standards.
We use certified water-based & child friendly finishes and lacquers. Metal parts such as drawer glides are engineered in Europe to the highest standards.
We use Hettich, Blum and Häfele fittings manufactured in Europe for the best durability.
KUKUU accessories are designed with original KUKUU fabric made of plain 100% GOTS certified cotton.
Our beds mattress core has one side of a latexed coco layer + 100% wool tufting and high-quality breathable memory foam layer for good lying comfort. Removable quilted mattress cover is made of 100 % cotton.
All materials used for packaging are made of carton.

- European destinations and other places outside the European Union — shipping cost is calculated automatically based on weight, size and place of delivery.
We sell our products to particular countries. If you have unlisted destination, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be glad to help you.
Most often our products are in stock and available for immediate delivery. If the product is not available or is out of stock, you will be informed by a notification when purchasing the product. We usually offer a chance to buy a product in backorder, so you are able to receive your purchase at once the product has manufactured. We generally ship orders from within 3 to 4 business days. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping option. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Delivery times range of 4-8 business days from receipt of tracking information, depending on your location. Items are shipped from Riga, Latvia, EU.
All importation cases outside Europe requires the seller to arrange the transportation of the goods to a place designated by the buyer. The buyer covers all transportation costs, import duties and taxes on arrival of the goods.
KUKUU products are designed to the highest standards of quality and durability. We are absolutely convinced of our products quality. If there is damage caused by proper use of the furniture we will reach a customer-friendly solution under the terms of the warranty which is two years.
When the order arrives, please inspect it while a courier is close. In case there is any transit-related damage to the box/-es please notify the courier and check the box content immediately. If you found a damage to the content as well, please take some quick photos of the box showing the label and damaged box as a proof and mark the shipment on delivery sheet as damaged. Please do not hesitate to notify us sending the photos of the damaged box and damaged detail/-s. We will replace defective or missing parts as soon as possible. All deliveries are covered by transport insurance.
If there is some reason you are not satisfied with your KUKUU product, you can make a return within 7 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in the same condition i.e in its original packaging — this includes KUKUU branded original carton, warranty cards, user guide and all internal packaging. KUKUU is unable to accept returns or a refund for items that are not returned in exactly the same condition that they were purchased. This kind of returns will be covered by the customer.
Registration data will be processed pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law.
The information you provide without your consent will not be passed on to third parties or used otherwise , without prior coordination with you.
At the registration process you will not be required to present financial information, only the data necessary for payment of the purchase and delivery notes. The consumer agrees with the processing of personal data.
Rights of withdrawal
On receipt of a product, please make sure that the goods supplied correspond to the order.
Product expiration date and the manufacturer are placed on the packaging.
The right of withdrawal is the consumer’s right to a given period (14 calendar days) withdraw from the contract (to refuse orders) without paying a penalty, interest or damages.
Guarantees and use the right of withdrawal pursuant to LR laws are in force as well as the type of goods sold and the specific characteristics.
Guarantees of rights is possible if the buyer has remained proof of purchase, which together with the purchased product shall be submitted to the Seller.
If the buyer wants to use the right of withdrawal it must be taken into account that the right of withdrawal can not be exercised:
- after the expiration of the statutory deadline;
- the product package is opened and / or damaged;
- in respect of goods intended for a direct consumption, including medicines, hygiene products and cosmetics.
Exercise of the right of use in case the buyer has delivered the goods Seller shall be addressed, along with the purchase receipt, withdrawal form (download DOCX / PDF) and warranty card, if the customer has been issued.
The money paid for returned goods full amount Buyer will receive thirty (30) days from receipt of the written refusal.
